Comprised of 17 homeowners, Squantz View Tax District owns and maintains two roads: Squantz View Drive and Carola Lane in New Fairfield, CT. SVTD mission is to ensure safe, easily traversed, and well maintained roads. Many walkers, runners and bicyclists enjoy the views and the wide streets with well appointed homes. The community takes pride in being a sought after neighborhood.
